Welcome to Sterling Mechanical ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://www.sterlingairsd.com (“Site”) and the services we provide, including HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and consultation (“Services”). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

2. Service Scope

Sterling Mechanical provides HVAC services throughout San Diego County. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • HVAC installation and replacement

  • Preventive maintenance

  • Emergency repair services

  • Indoor air quality solutions

  • Ventilation and insulation services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at our discretion without notice.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive during the agreed time window. Delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or weather. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone 18+ is present at the time of service. If our technicians are unable to access the property or equipment, a service fee may still apply.

4. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on initial assessments and may be subject to change if conditions differ upon inspection. Pricing will be disclosed before any work begins. Written consent is required for any work exceeding the estimate.

Promotional discounts and offers are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments & Invoicing

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and approved financing.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 10 days past due. Returned checks may be subject to a $35 service charge.

6. Warranties

We offer warranties on certain services and equipment:

  • Labor warranty: 1 year from date of service (unless otherwise noted).

  • Equipment warranty: Manufacturer terms apply.

Warranty coverage may be void if equipment is misused, tampered with, or maintained by unauthorized personnel.

7. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse our Site or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. All content, logos, and intellectual property on the Site are the property of Sterling Mechanical.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from this Site without prior written permission.
